INTRODUCING

The Most Comprehensive
Documentary Ever Produced
on the Fentanyl Crisis

Fentanyl: Death Incorporated provides an in-depth exploration of the Fentanyl crisis, the most dangerous drug ever created, which has become the leading cause of death for Americans aged 18-45. This documentary, produced by Zackito Productions and 3Gates Films, is directed by Stephen Wollwerth with Dr. Robert G. Marbut Jr. serving as Senior Producer and Subject Matter Expert.

Through interviews with international intelligence operatives, law enforcement officials, medical professionals, policymakers, and affected families, the film uncovers the unprecedented potency of Fentanyl, which is 100 times more powerful than morphine. It examines the swift escalation in overdose deaths—the fastest in U.S. history—and highlights the global and domestic supply chains contributing to the epidemic.

The documentary also addresses the failures of current harm reduction strategies, the need for robust treatment solutions, and the profound impact on families and communities. Fentanyl: Death Incorporated is a crucial viewing experience that seeks to raise awareness and drive action against one of the most pressing public health crises of our time.

Senior Producer

Dr. Robert G. Marbut Jr.

Fentanyl National Expert / Former White House Homelessness Czar / Senior Fellow Discovery Institute

Dr. Robert Marbut is a Fentanyl Expert who has worked on issues of illicit drugs, such as Fentanyl, and homelessness for four decades: first as chief of staff to San Antonio Mayor Henry Cisneros, then as a White House Fellow to President H.W. Bush (41, the Father), later as a San Antonio City Councilperson/ Mayor-Pro-Tem and as the Founding President & CEO of Haven for Hope for five years (the most comprehensive homeless transformational center in the USA).

He has also worked in three different USA Presidential Administrations, including serving as the Executive Director of the US Interagency Council on Homelessness, often called the “Federal Homelessness Czar.”

He earned a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice from the Claremont Graduate University (part of the Peter Drucker School). Later, while serving as Mayor-Pro-Tem and Councilperson of San Antonio, he held and led the Public Safety Portfolio for San Antonio (the 7th largest city in USA). During his tenure violent crime, such as drive-by-shootings, dropped significantly. He often worked on criminal justice policies and issues while working in the White House. While an officer and executive committee member of the US Olympic Committee, he was a USA signatory of the World Anti-Doping Agency “CODE” which established the framework for anti-doping efforts around the world.

Dr. Marbut has consulted on issues of homelessness with more communities and organizations than anyone else in the USA. Since 2017, the skyrocketing misuse of Fentanyl within the homelessness community has become the number one homelessness sub-issue, with much of his daily work being focused on reducing Fentanyl use.

He is Executive Producer of the No Address movie starring Billy Baldwin, Beverly D’Angelo, Xander Berkeley and Ashanti, and is also the Senior Executive Producer of Americans with No Address documentary, and the primary Author of the No Address – Interactive Study Guide.

Beyond his Criminal Justice Master’s Degree, he earned a Ph.D. from The University of Texas at Austin, Austin, Texas in International Relations (with an emphasis in international terrorism and Wahhabism), Political Behavior and American Political Institutions/Processes from the Department of Government. He also has a Master of Arts degree in Government from The University of Texas at Austin. His Bachelor of Arts is a Full Triple Major in Economics, Political Science and Psychology (Honors Graduate) from Claremont McKenna (Men’s) College. He also earned an Aviation Technology Level 1 Certificate from Palo Alto College.

Dr. Marbut also has completed three post-graduate fellowships, one as a White House Fellow (USA’s most prestigious program for leadership and public service), one as a CORO Fellow of Public and Urban Affairs in Los Angeles, and one as a TEACH Fellow in the Kingdom of Bahrain and the State of Qatar (1 of 13 USA educators selected). He was also a member of the Secretary of Defense’s Joint Civilian Orientation Conference 2000 class (JCOC-63) which is DOD’s premier civic leadership program and focused on Special Operations.
